Foxit and Firefox in Browser viewing issue

If I go to a webpage with a pdf file, it will open inside the Firefox browser.
The file appears to be portable document file.

However, I use Zotero in Firefox.
When I try to open a document from Zotero, it says that it is a Foxit Reader PDF Document in the Open with window.
There is no option to select Use Foxit Reader Plugin for Mozilla ... like there is for regular pdf.

My only option is to open in the external editor.

It seems Firefox does not recognize Foxit Reader in Mozilla add in as an option for documents listed as Foxit Reader PDF Document.

Is there something I can configure for this?
I have tried all the other options listed in other threads here with no luck.

1) Version info of your Firefox;
2) How did you use Zotero in Firefox to open a document? Please include instruction about how to replicate the issue;
3) A screenshot of the problem;
4) Your OS type. (E.g. Win7, 32-bit or 64-bit)
