foxit does not display print options window or other dialogs

Thanks Cherry, I fixed by reinstalling, however as a few of my clients use foxit, no doubt I'll see this problem again and I'll try removing Foxit Cloud.

Please go under "Control Panel"->"Programs and Features" to check if you have Foxit Cloud Reading listed there. If you do, please uninstall it and see if it helps.

If it doesn't help, I would encourage you to perform a re-installation and see if it works for you. Thank you.

problem where foxit does not display print options window so appears frozen while it waits for a response it will never get - pressing Alt+F4 or 'esc' will sometimes return you to the main foxit page and trying to print again sometimes (rarely) it displays the window.
any fix easier than re-installing latest version of foxit or maybe the devs could explain why this happens?
