save created pdf in read only mode

You can set permission to PDF file so the files will be read only by Foxit PhantomPDF, which allows you to have 30 days free trial and can be downloaded at www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads

Hi,
I would like to lock my newly created pdf file so that any reader can open it without a password but, further editing should be disabled.
I cant find this option and I would appreciate help.
