Server 2012 PDF files wont open (sometimes)

Hi All,

Hope you can help. I am having an issue in where we have 3 RDS servers running server 2012 with foxit reader installed. I have had some very good comments regarding foxit but for some users every now and again it just wont open any PDF files. the application does not appear to open on the desktop but when i look in task manager on the server i can see multiple foxit reader running for that user. Once i end task all goes back to normal for a while.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Hi modfather1983,
Please uninstall Foxit Cloud.exe from control panel to see if it helps, and run Foxit, go to help>About Foxit Reader to check the version you use.
Any results, please let us know.

I have just uninstalled foxit cloud, it did say some components need to manually removed?

The version is V 7.06.1126

I will schedule a reboot in the early hours monitor how people are getting on tomorrow and post back.
