Accessing Preferences is not possible under Window 7 x64

Under Windows 7 x64 (without any SP or patches), Foxit Reader 7.1.0.306 crashes when accessing the Preferences. The crash is consistent and reproducible. I've attached the dump.

Could you please kindly perform a fresh re-installation of Foxit Reader and see if it helps? 1) Please go to "Control Panel"->"Add/Remove Programs" to uninstall Foxit Reader;
Go to "Start"->"Run"-> input regedit -> find "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader" and delete the whole folder of Foxit Reader; Find "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHIINE\SOFTWARE\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader" and deleted the Foxit Reader folder if there's any.
2) Reinstall Foxit Reader 7.1.
If you can't find the installer, you may download a new installer 7.1 from this link:

I made an absolutely fresh installation, easy to do since I'm installing this on a virtual machine that I can roll back to before the installation. This is also on a fresh copy of Windows.
