Still no significant response from Foxit. No downloads on the movie that they asked for. Obviously it's time to start looking for a new PDF viewer that provides customer support.

Reverse Scrolling Error
Settings: View Single Page, Zoom - anything less than full page.
If you scroll forward through a pdf file by clicking in the scroll bar below the scroll box, everything works as it should. When you come to the end of a page, there may be some overlap with the previous view. This is the way it's always been and is how it should work.
If you scroll backward through the file by clicking in the scroll bar above the scroll box, there's a problem. When the amount of the page to be viewed is less than a screenfull, that part of the page is skipped and the reverse scrolling continues with the bottom of the previous page. You never see the top of the page. The worst case is when the viewing width is set to display just over half a page. As you scroll backwards you miss the top half of every page. What should happen is that you see the top of the page with maybe some overlap with the previous view - just like happens with forward scrolling.
This problem has existed in every Version 5 download that I've tried. It happens with every pdf file. It worked properly in Version 4. I find it so annoying that I really don't want to use Version 5 at all.
