Feature Slimming the tabbed toolbar?

I like to use toolbar mode, and I realize that it can be set to be collapsed by default, but when you do have to use it, it's just ugly and far too large, particularly when using one that you might have to keep open a lot of the time: Find.

Please give us a way to use a compact, less wasteful version of the toolbar mode. I understand that Office's is about the same size, so there is some precedence for this, but Office's toolbars are far more complex and can therefore justify the size. Foxit's are very simple, and it therefore doesn't make sense to mimic the same design.
