Not able to create pdf

I can open PDFs but cant create error message.
Format Error not a pdf or corrupted

Hi Robert,

Please first open your Foxit Reader->go under "Help"->"About Foxit Reader" to check if you're using version 7.1.3. If not, please update to it from within Foxit Reader by going under "Help"->"Check for Updates" or uninstall your existing Foxit Reader then download a new setup from Foxit website to install: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/

If you still see the problem with Foxit Reader 7.1.3, please send us following info:
1) From which program did you try to create PDF? Version info?
2) How to replicate the problem? Can it be replicated every time you perform the same?
3) Your OS type. (E.g. Win7, 32-bit or 64-bit)
