Bug "save as" pdf button doesn't work.

So I'm using Google Chrome to access a statement on a website. I have no problems getting access and opening the pdf (using Foxit) that is stored on the website. Now if I want to save it to my computer by clicking on the save button--nothing happens. I don't have this problem if I go to another pdf reader. I included some pictures to show what I'm talking about.

I don't know if this is a bug or I just didn't set it up correctly. I also tried using Internet Explore and the results are the same. The save button does not work.

So weird! The Save As button is active, it is so strange that it happens nothing when you click on it, would you mind making a video of it so i could forward to our QA team for a closer look?You can submit it to [email protected], thank you.
BTW, would you mind sending me the PDF link for a testing?
