crash how do I upload file to the ftp server

I was asked to upload my file to the Foxit ftp server for addressing a crash issue. I can find the server ok but could use some help on how to upload the file, which is very large. Thanks for any guidance.

Hi SteveA,

After you pasted the ftp link to IE adress bar and input the user name and pasword, then you can click on 'Page'->'Open FTP site in Windows Explorer' then paste the file.
