Feature Lock MenuBar

Is there a way to lock the MenuBar? I have the bad habit of grabbing the header too quickly to drag the window somewhere else and accidentally grab too far down and drag a Menubar out of the window. Then I have the hassle of putting everything back the way it was before.

Do you mean lock toobar?If yes, we plan to support it in next major version 6.0, hope it could be implemented as schedule.
