For open a copy, you may go to File->Recent Documents, then right-click on the name of the file and choose "Open a copy". I've included a screenshot as attachment. Please check it and see if it helps. Thank you.

- I cannot seem to right click on recent documents.
- To open a new document, I need to go to file in folder.
- Adobe Acrobat currently offers the split tab, and it's much simpler.

Then each PDF file will be opened in a stand-alone Foxit PhantomPDF window when you double click on them one by one.

Thank You, Lisa.
It DOES work as you described = 2 Windows -
Clk'ing File / Recent Docs Gives you 2 Tabs of the Same document in One Window (one named and the 2nd Untitled ), and Rt Clk / Open on the Same PDF gives me 2 Windows of the Same doc.
Different people here had different goals and it's hard to tell who is happy now.
Many Thanks for the follow-up
