Bug Restore Last View Bug?

I want Foxit to remember being open half screen.

It does that in Windows XP, but fails to do it in Windows 7 64 Bit.

I checked the option in Preferences > History.

Am I missing something?

It works fine on my side, please try below steps to see if it works?
1.Under History, please check "Restore last view settings when reopening"->ok, and close Foxit Reader.
2.Open Foxit Reader program by double clicking on it, and set it half screen size.
Then next time it will always open with this screen size.
