    Foxit Reader 5.4.2.0901
    Browser: Firefox 15.0.1
    OS: Windows 7 w/SP1

Hello Foxit crew. I am experiencing a problem with Foxit Reader. Whenever I try to print a .doc, .docx or .pdf file in Google Docs/Google Drive, the Foxit Reader plugin crashes. I've tried repeating the process multiple times, but the problem persists. This also occurred in the previous Foxit Reader release, if that helps.

I suspect you did not install firefox plugin completely.May i advise you to follow my instructions to reinstall it?
1.Please uninstall your current version manually.
2.Please reinstall Foxit Reader 5.4.2 and install firefox plugin and check ""display pdf in browser"" by default.
3.After installing it, please run Foxit Reader to make sure you have selected "display pdf in browser" under Edit->preferences->File Association.
4.Please run firefox, go to tools->options->application, find PDF document, see which action is selected. (Normally it shall be Foxit Reader plugin, but if Adobe is installed, will be Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)). And go to Tools/Addons/Plugins, be sure Foxit Plugin is enabled.

I followed all your steps, but the Foxit Reader plugin still crashes in Google Docs.

          Hi Richell,

          1. This does not happen on every website with a PDF file. Just only when you are on Google Docs/Google Drive and attempting to print a PDF, DOC or DOCX file. Here is a PDF file on Google Docs (http://bit.ly/Qd8dKo). Don't forget to try printing it.

          2. Here is a screenshot of the Application box (http://bit.ly/RU70wf). None of the settings were ever changed and the Foxit Reader plugin worked fine with Google Docs in the past. This is just a recent problem.

i'm experiencing exact same problem as johnthefisherman. FoxIt Reader Plugin for Mozilla crashes when i attempt to print from Google Docs/Drive.

              OS: Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1
              Foxit Reader 5.4.4.1128
              Browser: Firefox 17.0.1
Foxit Reader Plugin for Mozilla 2.2.1.530

i confirmed settings as described above, still crashes. as a workaround in Firefox i went to tools->options->application, changed PDF document default from "Use Foxit Plugin for Mozilla" to "Use Foxit Reader 5.4" (the external app). my gCal printout now opens fine in Foxit PDF Reader window, but obviously would rather it work within browser.

              gracias
