Feature Show Cover Page

I almost invariably want to show the cover page in facing view - is there really no way of setting this as a preferred option rather than having to select it every time a new document is opened? Surly it would be easy enough to include it in the preferences.

We have forwarded this as suggestion to our PM team, hope it will be added in future release.
