  • Feedback Find and Select Request

I use the find feature all the time and wondering if their is a way to do a Find/Find Next on a currently highlighted text?
    I currently need to do ctrl-c, ctrl-f, ctrl-v, return.

Is there a way to configure the double click to include underscore and remaining text in highlighted/selected text?
Ex. "highlight-text_remain" if you double click on the word highlight, then highlight-text will be selected. I want to select the entire string.

    Regards,
    B

This feature is unavailable in current versions but we have added it into to-do-list, hope it will be implemented in future soon.

      Thanks.
I review a lot of schematics and use highlight and search extensively.
Also, the underscore"_" is used a lot in signal names and double clicking to select the entire string would be great.

Being able to double click on something like "CHA_RESET_IN_N" to select the whole string and keyboard shortcut and/or right click to copy, paste and search the highlighted string would save me a lot of time.

I just installed the latest 6.2 release.

Has this feature request made it into Foxit Reader?

            Update from our PM team:
Addressing the 2nd one, there is no consensus on whether "_" should be treated as part of a single word or not. Different applications handle this in different ways: http://blog.jonschneider.com/2008/07...separator.html
