Bug Foxit reader cannot list fonts in some PDF files

Hi,
I don't know if this is normal behavior but Foxit reader will not show fonts in several PDF's I have tried. I do see fonts listed in some, but not others so I don't know why this is happening. Using the Acrobat reader, it does show the fonts in the PDF's that Foxit reader does not list. What is it about certain PDF's that causes Foxit reader to not be able to list the fonts?

Dear estinson,Did you check the fonts used in PDF by clicking"file"menu in foxit reader>"properties"option>click"Fonts"tab?
And please help to send us the following information to our support email address ([email protected])for further analysis:
1:One PDF file sample in which the issue occurred.
2: Comparison screenshots to show us the fonts which are listed in foxit reader and adobe reader

Yes, that's the only way to get the font list...
1) I will try to find a sample, but the documents I noticed this on have personal info so I cannot upload a sample of one of them. I can say they were created using AcrobatX.
