Bug Error when trying to use 'Attachment' button in a PDF

I have a PDF document that has an 'Attachment' button to add a file.

The initial message I received was something like - 'Turn off Trusted Manager to use this functionality'. After turning off Trusted Manager I get an error (see attached image) - 'There was a problem attaching the file'.

Current I'm using version 5.4.3.920 (current). Even restarting my PC doesn't help.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Any suggestions?
