  • Bug Users unable to print in Citrix

    Having an issue where Administrators using Foxit as a published app in Citrix are able to print but users are getting the error "Current printing driver is not available.Please reinstall this printing drive or choose other printing drivers!". Is there an area that needs to be opened up further for users. Have already tried giving full access to Foxit folder in Program Files. Additionally have tried both Foxit Reader and Enterprise Foxit Reader with no success.

    Please reinstall your printer driver and repair/reinstall Foxit Reader in case the printer releated file is missed.

      As noted above, have tried Foxit and enterprise foxit readers uninstalling before installing other. After some attempts to correct issue am now at a point where I can print from other apps but as soon as I print from Foxit, the print spooler crashes.

        Please run it>click GetInfo>choose Save> send the saved TXT file to us.
        2.Did this issue happen to all PDF files or just some specific files?Please send us one PDF file sample in which the issue occurred.
        3.What was the message you get when you try to print PDF file with foxit reader?Please take a screenshot about the message for us.
        4.If what you got was crash error message when you tried to print PDF file,please help to find the crashlog.txt file under your foxit reader main installation folder,by default the folder is:
        "C:\Program Files\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader\"
        5.Your printer information,please download the tool below:
        http://exchange.foxitsoftware.com/IS...rinterinfo.exe
        Please run it>click GetInfo>choose Save> send the saved TXT file to us.
        6.Is it a network printer? If so,please help to describe its working environment for us.
