  • Bug Close All keyboard shortcut

The keyboard shortcut for "Close All" tabs stopped working in Foxit Reader version 5.4.3. I just upgraded to 5.4.4, and still the same problem.

In prior versions, the default keyboard shortcut was Ctrl + Shift + W. The current manual says that is still the default keyboard shortcut to close all tabs. But it doesn't work. In both 5.4.3 and 5.4.4, there was no option to set a custom keyboard shortcut in the "Keyboard" tab of the "Customize Tools" dialog box.

I forgot to add a related point when I posted this yesterday: the same problem with the keyboard shortcuts for "Find Next" (F3) and "Find Previous" (Shift + F3). These keyboard shortcuts also stopped working in 5.4.3 and still don't work in 5.4.4. Also, there is no option to set a custom keyboard shortcut for these functions in the "Keyboard" tab of the "Customize Tools" dialog box.

If these keyboard shortcuts were removed deliberately, then Foxit: please reconsider. It's OK to turn off a keyboard shortcut by default, but users should have the option to name their own keyboard shortcut for such common functions. Also, the manual for version 5.4 says these keyboard shortcuts are on be default.
