crash on start

Please find a PDF document in your PC, then right-click on it and choose 'Open with Foxit Reader'. Double-click on Foxit Reader icon may encounter crash. Please give the right-click way a try.

Please try to right-click on any PDF document then open with Foxit Reader->go to 'Edit'->'Preferences'->'General'->uncheck 'Show Start Page' and see if the setting helps. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, flu time in ireland.....

I can't open foxit at all, so I can't right click and open the document as foxit crashes.

Not sure where this leaves me with using foxit as i can;t find what is causing the error.

Hi All,
trying to get reader enterprise poc working on citrix xenapp 5 running on w2k3 x64 sp2, but it crashes on opening. the crash log minus the stack is below. Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
