Where exactly should we able to to find the download on the website? I've looked all over and cannot find a link to the .msi. I have emailed support in the meantime, but it would be useful to know where we should be looking if it is indeed there.

The MSI package could not be downloaded directly now, you need register it then we will send you the link via email.

It is really bad style, to use the email address given for attempting to get you to purchase other products, but miss important communication about security issues and deployment of necessary patches totally.
