Bug Firefox Foxit plugin - no option to uninstall

I need to remove the Foxit plugin in my Firefox browser temporarily, until Mozilla endorses the plugin again.
Unfortunately I'm only able to Disable the plugin. There is no option to remove. This is preventing me from using another PDF reader plugin temporarily.
I would appreciate some help in uninstalling the Firefox Foxit plugin completely from the my browser.

Please locate to C:\Program Files\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader\plugins and delete the npFoxitReaderPlugin.dll file, then open firefox, go to Tools/Addons/Plugins and remove it by clicking remove button.
