When a standard user opens FoxIt Enterprise 5.5.0.1227, Foxit updater.exe attempts to launch.

Error: C:\users\username\appdata\local\temp\#\foxit updater.exe is blocked by group policy.

Also, we did not see an updated adm file when browsing the download site.
