Feature How can I access the highlighter tool in full screen mode?

How can I access the highlighter tool in full screen mode? Foxit always switches to the hand tool when I enter fullscreen mode and I do not know if there is a hotkey to activate the highlighter. (A full list of hotkeys in the help file would be very useful.)

Found it: Right click on toolbars -- customize toolbars -- keyboard shortcut tab.
I actually found the answer in a thread about the unintuitive placement of the keyboard shortcut preferences, which I posted a year ago. maybe move these settings to a location that makes more sense?
