FAQ Highlight or otherwise format text in form fields.

This one has me bamboozled. I have some PDFs with form fields that have been filled out and want to highlight or otherwise format parts of the text in them. (They're assignments that students have done, I need to mark the mistakes.) While I can freely highlight the original document text (the questions, basically), I can't seem to do anything at all to the text in the form fields (the answers).

Is this impossible or am I just missing something? Any workarounds if it's not possible directly?

Yes, the texts of interactive form fields could not be highlighted, you can only use typewriter tool or pencil tool to mark the mistakes you need.
