Bug Toolbar uninstallation problem

I installed Foxit Reader yesterday and inadvertently installed the Toolbar. I do not want the toolbar installed but I am having a problem uninstalling it. Whenever I attempt to uninstall it starts the process then pops a warning telling me to close all Internet Explorer windows before it can continue. I do not have ANY windows open, in fact, I don't use Internet Explorer at all. How do I get this to uninstall??

Which toolbar do you mean and what kind of browser do you use?Please help to make a screenshot of it so i could have a closer look and provide you the correct solution, thank you.
