Bug Issues with scrolling in web browser Read only mode

Hello,

I am having issues with scrolling in IE10 on a Surface pro when using foxit web browser mode.

The touch feature to scroll is defective. I have to swipe my finger horizontally then vertically to make the PDF document to scroll.

This issue is only isolated with reading PDFs using the foxit browser mode.

Firefox does not experience this issue.

Normal web browsing in IE does not experience this issue.

Could you please let us know the following info?
1) Version info of your Foxit Reader;
2) Did the issue occur to any PDF document or just a certain PDF document?
3) More info about the scroll issue and steps to replicate it.
