    That depends on your choice. Either way allows us to open the on-line PDF document, from outside the browser or from within the browser.

    using Win7 & Firefox. Tools>Options>Applications>pdf: Should I select "Use Foxit Reader 5.4, Best Reader for Everyday Use (default)" or "Use Foxit Reader Plugin for Mozilla (in Firefox)"?
