Apologize for being dense, but are you telling me that i need to download a new "foxit reader" in order to get the upgrade? Download and install over the old version? TIA

After been trying for two weeks to upgrade my reader, but keep getting popup "Download failure" or some such thing, Using a dial up connection. Any suggestions appreciated. TIA
