Bug Rendering to a bitmap

I am testing an evaluation version of Foxit DLL
When i render a pdf (original_pdf.pdf) using FPDF_RenderPageBitmap there are 2 issues:
a) the note (annotation) is not renderd to the page (i am using FPDF_ANNOT)
b) the text on the page that was entered after the scanning was done, is not renderd.

As a result shown in: foxitdll.jpg text not visible

But the strange effect is. Foxit Reader shows the text (issue b)foxitreader_printscreen.jpg.

After i cut and paste the text and save the PDF again, and render that one, the text is renderd. So that looks like a bug in foxit DLL.

Dear Alwin,

I was able to reproduce the problem you have posted here. Can you tell me what PDF Creator Application you used to create the scanned PDF document and what application you use to create that FreeText annotation? Foxit PDF SDK ActiveX?
