[Activex] When Open password protected PDF, Foxit Activex won't prompt to enter pw!

When user press the open file icon in activex html version, the foxit control won't prompt to enter pw.

Then, a blank page shows.

As a result, user do not know what happened.

Please fix it.

I am using latest 4.01 version on ie9 win 7 sp2.
