PDF Encryption using AD RMS in command line?

Hi
after a lot of googleing , i didn't find out how can i protect a pdf file using Microsoft ADMRS role in Command line.
actually i wanna protect pdf files in a folder using Microsoft FSRM( File Server Resource Management) and ADRMS ( Active Directory Resource Management Services NOT AADRMS that belongs to Azure!!) , so i realized i have to create a custom task in fsrm console to execute a command that protect pdf files manually ( like RMSBulk.exe ).does foxit has its own command line to encrypt pdf files using command line ?
any help will be appreciated.

i dont use foxit SDK because i am not a developer , as an IT administrator i just want to encrypt pdf files using commandline and adrms .
i've heard about RMSBulk tool but it seems to be deprecated...
i believe FOXIT does have a similar tool...

the fact is : Foxit phantom pdf encrypts the pdf that we opened , not a bunch of pdf files (ex: 200 pdf files) in a folder ,so i thought Foxit may have some solution to encrypt pdf files automatically using ADRMS. like what RMSBulk does ...
i think Foxit is the only partnership with microsoft to do so and i believe there should be some reasonable way ...

leo21 Thanks for your response. According to your request,you could choose to apply RMS protection to multiple PDF files at the same time with the Batch Encrypt command under "
Protect" tab in Foxit PhantomPDF.
1. Click Protect > Batch Encrypt.
2. In the Batch Encrypt dialog box, click Add Files… to add the files or folders you want to encrypt. (Tip: If choosing Add Files…, in the Open dialog box, you can navigate through your local disk to select local files or click Open from ECM to select files from OneDrive-Personal.) Use Move up, Move down, and Remove to adjust the order of the added files.
3. Click Output Options…. In the pop-up dialog box, select the destination folder and click OK.
4. Click OK in the Batch Encrypt dialog box.
5. Choose a rights policy template in the pop-up dialog box and click Start
Encryption.
6. The encryption-process bar pops up to show the progress. When encryption is complete, the selected files will be encrypted and saved in the specified destination.

Exist any possibilities to encrypt already digitally signed PDF documents with the RMS protection tool?

If your pdf file is protected by digital signature, it is not allowed to change including do the RMS protection again, and you will find the feature greyed out.

How in this case protect with RMS already digitally signed documents?

IonTemciuc It's not supported. If your final goal is to protect PDF with RMS, can you please remove current security setting then add RMS?

Hi, new member here looking for information on Microsoft RMS integration with newest version of Foxit PDF Reader.

My questions is can RMS Protector version 3.0.0.725 be used with current version of Foxit Reader or is there an updated version of the Foxit PDF Secure RMS Protector available? We use IRM settings in Sharepoint libraries currently using an older version of Foxit PDF Reader and we want to move to newer version of Foxit.
