Cant create stamps

Hi

I can not use picture files for creating stamps. With older versions all worked fine. I get an error "File not supported ..."....

Same is with Outlook or MS Mail. On my other computer everything works for now with Thunderbird.

From Ms Word i can sent all the mails.

1. Mozilla Thunderbird 60.9.0.(32bit) - latest
